Q. Are your products legal in the United States?

A. Yes, all of our products contain CBD oil made from legally grown USA hemp. All of our batches are lab tested by a state certified lab to ensure purity and potency. You can view the lab reports on our Lab Reports page.

 

Q. Do you ship outside of the United States?

 

A. Sorry, but we do not ship outside of the United States.

 

Q. How long does it take for an order to ship?

Q. Is your hemp organically grown?

 

A. Yes, we only use USA sourced organic hemp.

 

Q. Why do some customer reviews have the text “removed medical claim, LostLakeCBD” in them?

 

A. Due to a policy change with our payment processor we have had to remove all medical claims made by customers in their reviews.

 

Q. What is your refund policy?

 

A. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days. If you order more than one product, you must return the unopened products to receive refund.
