Q. Are your products legal in the United States?

A. Yes, all of our products contain CBD oil made from the seeds and stalks of legally grown USA hemp. All of our batches are lab tested by a state certified lab to ensure purity and potency. You can view the lab reports on our Lab Reports page.

Q. Do you ship outside of the United States?

A. No, due to issues we have had with customs in some countries, as well as unexpected import fees for our customers, we no longer ship outside of the United States.

Q. How long does it take for an order to ship?

A. We try to ship all products within 48 hours. After that it depends on the shipping method you picked at checkout. If you have any questions about your order, contact us here.

Q. Is your hemp organically grown?

A. Yes, we only use USA sourced organic hemp.

Q. Do you ever plan to expand your product line?

A. Yes, we are currently looking into different kinds of hemp oil CBD products we think our customers would want. If you have any suggestions, feel free to Contact Us.

Q. What is your refund policy?

A. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days.

Q. I had an issue placing my order, what do I do now?

Q. After I placed an order with Lost Lake CBD I received an international processing fee on my credit card. Is this normal?

A. Yes, because our payments are processed in Northern Ireland, some credit card companies will charge a small 1-2% international processing fee. We have no control over this fee, please check with your credit card company to see if they charge an international payment processing fee.
