I have not used it for human comsumption personally. I bought it for my dog’s siezures and high anxiety associated with the aging process. It works for him to have a better quality of life; quick reduction in symptoms without the risks and side effects that Rx siezure meds cause. It shipped on time, and was properly packaged. This has 50mg per .5ml serving which is hard to come by for a full spectrum supplement. Over all I am very pleased with the products potency and price per serving. Will order again.
